Lockpick RCM v1.6.4 Available

The developer Shchmue has just released version v1.6.4 Lockpick RCM, its payload that provides particular encryption keys for hactool, hactoolnet / LibHac, ChoiDujour and many others.
Changelog v1.6.2:

- Fixes unusual errors when reading Seven files.
- We have also added new SD rescue keys that are only really useful for researchers. See LibHac for use.
- Reduction of the large size of the module for future expansion.
