The very first PC emulator to emulate a commercial game from PlayStation 4 has just been released.
After Orbital and Spine, here is the first emulator capable of launching a commercial game, it is called
GPCS4. The commercial game that has been launched is "We Are Doomed", a 2D shooter.
We Are Doomed is a video game launched on April 15, 2015 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, PC and Mac OS, of genre shoot'em up and developed by Vertex Pop.
Although We Are Doomed is not a demanding game, it is incredible that GPCS4 can even make it work. However, note that We Are Doomed is not playable. Although the emulator can be used in game, it is not able to run this game at full speed.
It should also be noted that GPCS4 can also start the Playstation 4 version of NieR. Keep in mind that RPCS3 correctly emulates PS3 games today so to enjoy your PS4 games on PC, you will have to wait a long time.
