TheFlow advises to stay below firmware 6.20

Since your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 4 Pro has a minimum firmware above the golden firmware 5.05, the developer TheFlow advises to stay at max until firmware 6.20.

Webkits exploits are numerous on this firmware 6.20, but there is not yet a public kernel exploit, however it is said that in private it exists.

This exploit makes it possible to take advantage of the addrof / fakeobj functions which offer reading and writing of arbitrary primitives, the flaw being referenced under CVE-2018-4386.

The last time TheFlow made the same kind of announcement, he spoke of a possibility between 5.05 and 6.20, but remember that Sony has made sure to correct most of the exploits webkits known to date from firmware 6.70.
