SwitchMe compatible CTCaer 5.2.0 and Nyx 0.9.0

Joonie informs us via her Twitter account that her SwitchME solution offered by Team Rebug can take advantage of the latest version of the CTCaer mod & Nyx available, v5.2.0 and 0.9.0.

Joonie recalls that it is enough to update the payload of SwitchME directly from hekate! Just go to the USB options and click on SDcard> put SwitchME in bootloader mode then connect the usb cable, and enjoy.
