Hakchi2 v2.32 of Cluster
It's been a long time since Cluster had proposed a new version of Hakchi2, we thought the project had been abandoned by the developer but it is not ultimately since it unveils a version 2.32 of this program which has revolutionized the hack on Mini SuperNes and Nes. It's simple, the last version being 2.31 was released on July 25, 2018, more than 2 years ago.
Anyway, Cluster recommends using hakchi2 CE but wanted to show that it was still possible to upgrade it by fixing Google images and migrating to .NET Framework 4.8.
