Chiaki v1.3.0 available with support for FW 8.0.0

In mid-October, a few days after the release of firmware 8.00, a new version of Chiaki arrives.
 
As a reminder, Chiaki is the first Remote Play client for PlayStation 4 which is Open Source, completely free, and which supports Linux, MacOS, Windows and Android.
 
This update brings compatibility with PS4 8.0 firmware while remaining backward compatible with previous firmware.

     Fix MTU detection
     Add partial Touchpad support (currently ONLY functional on Linux when building from source and only when using a physical DualShock 4 Controller!)
     Drop Support for QtGamepad in favor of SDL2

     Fix build on newer Qt versions
