Luma3DS 10.2.1 Released

Luma3DS 10.2.1

Nintendo has just put online a new version of the firmware for the 3DS (Old and New), and of course its 2DS derivatives.

2020 will have surprised us until the end, here is that Nintendo released the first update of this year for this console, and we can find some modifications concerning the web browser, NATIVE_FIRM, and more. On the subject, the changelog is minimalist.

Further improvements to general system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to improve user experience.

Reports indicate that Luma3DS was no longer working, but this was quickly fixed and BrowserHax was patched. Note that CakesFW still works using old firmware files.

For the record, firmware 11.13 survived 350 days, breaking the 11.6 record set at 273 days.

Consequently, in the process, TuxSH updated Luma3DS to support the latest 11.14 firmware which does not prevent it from booting.

Luma3DS Changelog 10.2.1:

-Fix system version 11.14 not booting
-Allow out-of-region Download Play functionality (thanks @ Pixel-Pop)
-Fix a rare issue where the Rosalina Menu wouldn't be displayed during application launch (thanks @Nanquitas)
-General system stability improvements to enhance the user's experience
