AniLeo has just put online a compiled version of RPCS3, many builds of the PS3 emulator are available, especially with the automatic build engine but officially compiled versions are rather rare. Moreover, this version is always an "unstable" version which is not considered as a stable version according to him (he specifies this for each release).
 
A free PlayStation 3 emulator, RPCS3 is written in C ++ and is available on Windows and GNU / Linux. As you may know its development started in 2011, it is the best PlayStation 3 emulator available, the one that is the most followed in terms of support and developments made by its developers.
 
The previous version reported a huge changelog, unfortunately this version 0.0.13 doesn't really mention it, so we can't really notify you of the changes.
