Lockpick RCM v1.8.5

Shchmue has just updated Lockpick RCM to version 1.8.5 with support for the latest Nintendo Switch firmware 11.0.0.

As a reminder, Lockpick RCM is a Payload which allows you to obtain the encryption keys that can be used in software such as Yuzu, hactool, hactoolnet / LibHac, ChoiDujour and many others.

-Provides basic support for version 11.0.0
-NOTE: Mariko is not supported at this time
