NDS-Bootstrap 0.37.0 and TWiLightMenu 19.0.0 Released

NDS-Bootstrap 0.37.0 and TWiLightMenu 19.0.0

3DS scene wakes up a bit with the arrival of version 0.37.0 of NDS-Bootstrap, RocketRobz has indeed just updated its solution.

With "L + down command + SELECT" a menu can be opened, similar to Rosalina. Here the RAM can be unloaded, viewed, modified, the game reset, finished and the screens swapped. "Anti-piracy" codes are supported and screens can also be redeemed with flash cards.

NDS-Bootstrap and B4DS have been merged, improving game compatibility for flash card users. The "Heap Shrink" option has also been removed as it is no longer needed and crashes have been fixed with it. Soft reset bugs on 3DS consoles have also been fixed.

What's new?
Cheats can now be used, if flashcard is running with SCFG access for Slot-1 turned on.
Native GBA ROM loader: WarioWare: Twisted! and Yoshi Topsy Turvy can now be playable with regular controls!
(@Epicpkmn11 and various) Added Dutch and Indonesian languages.
(@Epicpkmn11) Added sorting to the R4 theme.

Added AP fixes for these games:

Nanashi no Geemu/The Nameless Game (The fix is unrelated to AP, and is just a simple black screen fix code)
Yuuzai x Muzai (Causes white screen, apparently) (Added by @R-YaTian)
Title splash screen: Green-colored background is now shown for St. Patrick's Day.
