RPCS3 v0.0.16-12199 Alpha

Two months after the release of version 0.0.15, the RPCS3 development team have just released v0.0.16 of the best PS3 PC emulator.
 
Now, no less than 201 requests have been merged, 361 new technical responses, 700 source code line files edited, 22,491 lines of code added, 17,789 lines of code deleted thanks to the contribution of 20 people.

This version 0.0.16 required no less than 61 days of development, in short an important job once again which involved many people and great improvements.
