IcosaSwitch v2.0.0

Pharuxtan has just released a new version of IcosaSwitch which now goes to v2.0.0.

Recall that IconaSwitch is a GUI interface which is intended to automate the various functions and tools available, grouping together several scripts available through the Switch scene. This version 2.0.0 arrives with a whole new design at the level of its interface and some evolutions.
