Nintendo Wii, DS, DSi, 3DS And Wii U Title Key Generator Created

The massive Nintendo leaks have resulted in yet another awesome development in various Nintendo homebrew scenes. As predicted, developers have used the recent leaks to their advantage and produced a script that will allow you to generate valid Title ID's for retail games. One use of having these keys would being able to decrypt the game so you could mod or improve it. The current script, which WiiDatabase.de has in it's possession will produce Nintendo Wii, DS, DSi, 3DS and Wii U title keys.
We have received a script to generate the title key for Wii, DSi, 3DS and Wii-U titles from a source that wishes to remain anonymous . We were able to successfully verify the authenticity - for example, correct, decrypted title keys were created for Wii Virtual Console titles, DSi games, Wii-U games and Wii discs, which would then only have to be encrypted with the common key.

Nintendo uses PBKDF2 for thiswith SHA1 and 20 iterations to derive the key from a password ("nintendo" or "mypass"). at Salt it is the ID4 of the title, combined with a constant value.

Specifically, this means that almost every Wii, DSi 3DS and Wii-U title can now be decrypted and viewed if only the TitleID is given. This doesn't seem to work for DSi system titles and a few other games, most likely a different password is required here.

UPDATE, May 30th, 2020, 10:46 pm: We have now verified that it is also possible for DSi titles - at the beginning we only tested it with system titles that did not work.
