Swiss v0.5r854 Released

Swiss v0.5r854

Our Nintendo Wii and our Nintendo GameCube still have a few resources to put in their teeth, the developer Extrems continues their extraordinary work on Swiss since it continues to offer interesting and innovative developments.

Swiss is the worthy successor of SD-boot, it allows to launch GameCube homebrews but also backups stored on SD card or hard drive, SDGecko, WODE, Wiikey Fusion and many other solutions.

The changes of this version 0.5r854 concern the new part of the emulation of audio streaming and on ARAM DMA transactions even if all this still needs to be improved.

Changelog v0.5r854:

The new audio streaming emulation is finally here. You no longer have to worry about activating it, or the hassles of doing it. Currently, a buzz can occur during large ARAM DMA transactions or during processor post-processing. This will be resolved at a later date. This should happen on the Wiikey Fusion later, with other devices to be determined.
Extrems changes:

- Indication of which devices support audio streaming.
- Removal of continuous audio emulation and reading of fixes.
- Enabling streaming audio emulation for IDE-EXI.
- Addition of a workaround for AX.
- Adding a streaming audio mix.
- Addition of the appropriate license header.
- Addition of a basic streaming audio emulation for SD Gecko.
- Imposes unlicensed discs via IPL.
- Definition of "development console" when Gecko USB debugging is activated.
